How to get a
van Dalen puppy

At van Dalen IBIM Labradors, we focus on producing healthy, well-tempered English Labradors with strong pedigrees and sound structure. Puppies are raised in our home, well socialized, and temperament-assessed often to help new families make the right decision.
Most puppies are reserved before they are even born, so we recommend contacting us early.

First Step
The first step is to email us to inquire about available puppies or upcoming litters. We will provide information about current availability and upcoming litters.

Pricing
  • Pet puppies: $4,000. Go home at 8 weeks.
  • Potty & crate trained puppies: $5,000–$6,000. Go home at 10–12 weeks.

Application Process
If, after the initial contact, you feel that a van Dalen puppy may be the right fit for your family, you may email us back to request our puppy application or fill it out online.

We carefully review each application to ensure the right fit for both the family and the puppy.

Reservations & Deposits
We take deposits only after approval through our application process.
First deposit: $500 refundable reservation deposit before birth. This deposit locks your placement on the waiting list.
Second deposit: $1,500 due after puppies are born and a puppy that meets your criteria is confirmed for you.
Deposits become non-refundable once a puppy has been confirmed for you, unless we are unable to provide a puppy.
Final payment is due at pickup.
Joining our waiting list does not guarantee a puppy, as litter sizes vary.

Visits
Visits are by appointment only.
To protect young puppies from illness, please avoid visiting pet stores, shelters, veterinary clinics, or other kennels before your appointment.
During periods when we have newborn puppies, especially during their most vulnerable stages, I may temporarily refrain from allowing visitors in order to protect the litter. People can unknowingly carry viruses or bacteria on clothing and shoes.
We set a visitation day when the puppies are around 5 weeks.

Our Commitment
Life can be unpredictable. If for any reason you can’t keep your puppy in the future, he or she will always have a home at van Dalen. I’ve always made it my personal promise that none of the puppies I bring into this world will ever be abandoned or end up in a shelter. If you can’t keep your puppy and don’t have a close family member or friend to adopt it, I want it back.
